These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Lavvi Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to relocation support, property sourcing, furnishing, maintenance, and cleaning services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided We offer relocation solutions to employers and their employees, including locating and furnishing residential properties, coordinating move-in and move-out logistics, and providing ongoing property maintenance and cleaning. Services may vary based on location, availability, and employer agreements.
2. Eligibility Our services are available to employees whose relocation has been authorized by their employer. Individuals must be at least 18 years of age to engage with our services independently.
3. Payment and Billing Payment terms are determined by the agreement between Lavvi Solutions and the employer. Invoices are issued based on the scope of services provided. Late payments may result in service delays or suspension. Employees are not billed directly unless specified in advance.
4. Property Use and Responsibilities Employees are expected to maintain the property in good condition. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges. Smoking, unauthorized pets, or other prohibited activities may result in penalties or termination of housing services.
5. Modifications and Cancellations Relocation plans may be modified or canceled with advance notice. Fees may apply for last-minute changes, early termination, or special accommodations. All changes must be coordinated through the assigned relocation coordinator.
6. We do not sell or share personal data without consent, except as required by law or necessary to fulfill our services.
7. Support and Communication Each relocating employee will be assigned a relocation coordinator who serves as the primary point of contact. Support is available via phone, email, or live chat during business hours. Emergency support may be available depending on the nature of the issue.
8. Limitation of Liability, Lavvi Solutions is not liable for delays, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided under the applicable agreement.
9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
